Self-service billing is not live on KattralOne yet. You can see the plans and which one your institute is on, but upgrading and paying online is not available. This page describes how it will work, so details may still change.

To change a plan today, contact support@kattralone.com.

Plans are per institute​

Subscriptions attach to an institute, not to a person. Teachers with more than one institute have a separate plan for each. Students never need a plan.

Viewing your plan​

Institute → Settings → Upgrade subscription shows the plans available and which one you are on. Plan limits govern how much you can create in the institute.
