Can I be both a student and a teacher?

Not on one account — your role is set at signup and decides your dashboard and menu. If you need both, use separate accounts.

How do I join an institute?

By invitation from a teacher. Browsing institutes on Community shows you what exists but does not join you to one. See Classrooms and series.

Why is my dashboard empty?

Usually preferences are not set, or nothing has been scheduled for you yet. See Your dashboard.

Can I practise without a teacher?

Yes. Explore topics generates practice exams for you, and Practice questions is open to any student. Neither needs a classroom.

What happens if I lose connection mid-exam?

The timer keeps running on the server. Reconnect and continue — do not restart. See Taking an exam.

Can someone open a question paper I shared?

Yes, and without signing in. Share links are read-only, but anyone with the link can read the paper. Do not share a paper you are about to examine on.

Why won't my question paper save?

Most often there are not enough questions in your bank matching the pattern. See Question papers.

Why won't my exam pattern save?

The marks distribution has to add up. See Questions and exam patterns.

Wishlist, Reviews and My quiz attempts are blank. Are they broken?

They are not built yet, though they appear in the menu. Use Analytics → Exam results for your attempt history.

How do I change my institute's plan?

Contact support@kattralone.com. Self-service billing is not live yet — see Billing and plans.

How do I report a bug?

support@kattralone.com, with your browser, your role and the page URL.
