Your dashboard

Your dashboard is the first screen after signing in.

What is on it

Quick actions at the top take you to the things you do most — take an exam, practise, check results.

Preference exams suggests exams based on the topics and exams you chose in Preferences. Empty or irrelevant? Your preferences are the place to fix it.

Upcoming exams lists exams scheduled for you, with a View all link through to the full list.

Assigned papers lists question papers a teacher has assigned you directly, also with a View all.

Analytics widgets — four charts covering how much you have attended, your pass rate, your marks over time, and a radar of your strengths by area.

Explore topics links to open-ended practice outside any classroom.

Filtering the charts

Each of the four analytics widgets has its own filter panel — there is no page-wide filter. Open the panel on a chart to narrow by search, date range, time period or status, then Apply. Clear resets that one chart.

Filtering one chart does not touch the others. This is deliberate, but it does mean two charts can be showing different periods at the same time. If two charts disagree, check their filters before assuming the data is wrong.

If a widget is empty

Widgets load independently, so an empty one usually means no data yet rather than a broken page:

  • Preference exams — set your preferences.
  • Upcoming exams / Assigned papers — nothing scheduled or assigned for you yet. Both are driven by your teacher.
  • Analytics — you have not written enough exams for a trend.
