Classrooms

A classroom is a group of students inside your institute. Exams are scheduled for classrooms, so a student needs to be in one to be examined.

Create a classroom

From your institute, select Create classroom, name it and save. Names must be unique within the institute.

Invite members

Invite students and co-teachers by invitation link. The recipient opens it while signed in, and joining is immediate.

An invitation only works for the account it was sent to. If someone reports a broken link, check they are signed in as the right account before reissuing.

Classroom dashboard

Open a classroom for its dashboard:

• Pass/fail across the classroom's exams
• Schedule — what is coming up
• Toppers — highest scorers

Graphs stay empty until the classroom has written at least one exam.

Members

Each classroom has its own Teachers and Students lists, separate from the institute-wide ones. Open any member for their detail view.

Adding someone to a classroom does not add them to another. Membership is per-classroom.

Track exams

Track exam inside a classroom follows exams in progress and recently finished for that class. The institute-wide equivalent is the Exam tracker — see Scheduling exams.

Editing

Edit renames a classroom or changes its details. Renaming does not affect its members, exams or results.
