Question papers

A question paper is an exam pattern filled with actual questions. It is what students sit.

Create a paper​

  1. Select Create question paper.
  2. Choose the exam pattern it follows.
  3. Let KattralOne draw questions from your bank to fit the pattern, or pick them yourself.
  4. Save.

"Not enough questions"​

If your bank does not hold enough questions matching the pattern, saving fails and says so. Either add questions in the sections that are short, or relax the pattern. This is the single most common problem when building a first paper — and the fix is almost always more questions, not a different pattern.

Edit a paper​

Open a paper and Edit to swap questions or adjust it. Editing a paper already scheduled affects that exam, so treat a scheduled paper as frozen unless you mean to change it.

View a paper​

View question paper opens a paper read-only, with no editing controls. Use it to check a paper before scheduling.

Download as PDF​

Papers download as PDF for printing or offline use. Generation is queued, so a large paper takes a moment.

Share a paper​

A paper can be shared as a link that opens without signing in — useful for sending a sample to a colleague or a prospective student. Shared papers are read-only and cannot be answered or submitted.

The institute's papers​

Question papers at institute level lists every paper in the institute, with search, filter and pagination. What you can do to each depends on your role.
